HKS GROUP is a small investment firm that operates in Slovakia and Spain since 2006.

The range of investments, relatively wide during its beginnings, has shrinked substantially and  we are currently active in 4 areas:

  • Particle boards
  • Real estate
  • Hospitality
  • Financial trading

The group manages its own equity and, at this stage, do not consider managing external funds.

HKS, s.r.o. is the company that manages the particle boards operations. We are active in this area since 2013.

    This is our latest investment, initiated in February 2021.
    HKS Group is seed investor of TAKAPELLA (www.takepaella.com), specialized in take-away & delivery of Spanish paellas, one of the most renowned and tasty plates of the spanish gastronomy. management of any kind of real estate project.

    We have 2 business lines:
  • - Investment of own resources in residential projects. Here are the names of some of the projects we have been involved in: Residencial Ranin (Spain), Jaskov Rad 69 (Bratislava), Arborea (Trnava), land development in Zidiny-Lamac area (Bratislava).
  • - External management of any kind of real estate project. Our main focus right now is on the BILBAO project (www.bilbao.sk). HKS group assumed from 1.7.2021 the whole management of this project, which consists in 350 flats, 49 family houses and a retail area.
